The store is very organized and easy to navigate. The cashier was welcoming customers as they entered and thank them as they left. When I paid for my items she thanked me for shopping. That was a pleasant surprise.

We had our chihuahua mix groomed by Cinthya, and she was amazing! Super gentle and kind with our dog. Came out looking fresh, shiny, soft, and had less shedding. We’re new dog owners and Cinthya was very patient with us, giving advice on what brush is good, how often to brush teeth, etc

Do NOT groom your dog here. Pathetic operation. All they are capable of doing is shaving your dog like they are sheaing a sheep. Groomer actually claimed my dog was matted, which was completely untrue, as she gets brushed daily. If the groomer actually brushed the dog, she would have known there was zero matting. This haircut was worth no more than $10, not the $70 we paid. If someone from petsmart sees this, can I please get a refund for this joke of a haircut? Dog's name is Luna, not sure who the groomer was.
