Healthy Tails LV

I moved to Las Vegas, NV from Baltimore, MD in October 2025. I feed my boy Lazarus Raw food and needed to find a location to purchase dog food. I researched and came across this gem. It is a 25 minute drive for me BUT so worth it!!! When I called in September 2025 before I made my trek to NV to inquire price of dog food the clerk Tiffany (with 2 big dogs) was so incredibly helpful and kind. As I started to come once a month for dog food the staff has been so good to us! I am just so blessed to have found a place that makes us feel like we are part of their pack! I appreciate you all so much and thank you for treating my Lazarus like one of yours!

I’m so glad I made the switch! I had stopped at another pet store nearby first, but decided to give Healthy Tails LV a try and it was absolutely the best decision I made for my dog. The owner (has been in business for 20 years) was incredibly attentive from the moment I walked in. What really stood out was the level of knowledge, not just pointing me toward products, but actually taking the time to understand my dog’s needs and explain the healthier options available. You can tell this is someone who genuinely cares about the animals, not just making a sale. If you’re looking for a pet store where you’ll feel heard and leave with confidence in what you’re buying, look no further. Highly recommend!

We’ve been coming to this family owned pet shop for about 3 yrs! Pets are welcomed and staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. There’s a point system for free items so be sure to register on your first visit 😉

I'm sad because I loved shopping here but after being treated poorly by management on Monday... they've lost my business and I will not be returning even though my astro cards are halfway there. You really shouldn't be in customer service if you have no bedside manners. Wishing the best for their staff and the co-owner with the mustache he was nice but the one without the mustache was just rude and disrespectful.
