I like the prices. Very competitive. I do not like shopping from ads. A lot of the groceries you may find a little cheaper on sale someplace else, but i think you can save money just shopping here. Their regular prices are pretty close to most other stores sale prices, and quote a bit cheaper than most stores regular prices items. I love the premade salads for under $5.00. Their meat is surprisingly good for a discount grocery store. I think the meat prices are about the same as Walmart meat prices, but i have never bought meat from Walmart that i enjoyed, every time it comes from winco it is good. Then there is the bagels, hands down the best around. The only things i don't like about winco is bagging my own groceries. There is a lot of pressure to bag, pay and get out of the next customers way fast enough to not hold up the process. But i guess that is where they save money and then pass the saving on to the customers. Right now with the cost of groceries...

I went there to get some jelly beans but they no longer carry the large ones I like. They don't have "tap to pay". Can't tap your phone or your card, bummer.

I come to this store about every other day after work. The store hours are very convenient and I love their supply. Tonight I received the most horrible service I have ever gotten anywhere. Just trying to check out. Kicker is it happened before even one of my items had been scanned yet. Alise was my check out person. Needless to say I left with out purchasing anything and talked to the manager. However, I am not stopping there I will send endless emails and make numerous calls to make sure that this girl never has the opportunity to treat someone like this again at this store. I definitely will not return if she is still employed there. Maybe she will appreciate the opportunity of a job when she receives her next one. This was just an awful experience. All while innocently trying to cash out. It was so absurd I even doubted she was talking to me when she said it. Until I asked her if she was infact talking to me and she said yes. I was flabbergasted.

Windows is just about my favorite place to go shopping. A lot of the time they are cheaper than Walmart which I find strange as there are something like 20 Walmart's in town and about 4 windows. The people are friendly as they own a share of the company, the selection is very good, the deli is cheap and you can get a made that day already packed sandwich for under $4. The only thing for me that's not so good is the fresh meat, if it is a week known brand say like packaged burgers fresh yes, but the store brand, not so much. I will try again but no, everything else great, but every store has that one thing

The selection is pretty decent, part of how prices are kept reasonable. shopping here for years and got double charged on my debit card. thought no big deal, ill go in and show proof that theres two charges on my card. The customer service desk treated me like I was stupid like I didn't know how to read my own bank account. They were dismissive and said that it couldnt happen even though it did happen and I have proof. Said nothing they could do. Store is great to shop at and get good deals. But lord almighty are they incompetent. So now i have to dispute the charge with my bank. Do better.
