Whole Foods at Town Center in Summerlin is one of the nicest grocery stores in Las Vegas. The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with a great selection of fresh produce, quality meats, seafood, and specialty items. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help whenever you have a question. I especially enjoy the prepared foods section, bakery, and coffee bar. The store has a bright, modern layout that makes shopping easy and enjoyable. Whether I'm picking up groceries for the week or grabbing a quick meal, I always have a great experience here. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for high-quality products and excellent customer service.

Well, I thoroughly enjoyed this new location, but I missed the West Charleston location. The cold food bar wasn’t quite as extensive here as it was on West Charleston. Meats and fish seafood, much higher prices here than at SMITH’S although the produce and organic section can’t be beat anywhere in town. The cold food bar here was not as extensive as it was in the West Charleston location, which I’ll miss. I am looking forward to going back when I’m in the neighborhood. Jesus cares say your prayers amen Sincerely, M Polo

Located off Sahara and West of Town center Dr. As others have commented the parking lot is small and the employees at the Amazon Return/pick-up desk are Rude! The store itself is light and bright and easy to shop. The employee at the fresh food and Cheese area/counter were very friendly! This was on 9/26/25 8:45am. Great new location!

I am writing to report a deeply unpleasant experience I had at the fresh bakery department around 11:00 AM today. I asked an older-looking woman who was working behind the display counter whether a specific bread on display was soft or hard. Even though I used very simple words like "soft" and "hard" and she was looking directly at my mouth, she kept acting as if she couldn't understand me with a very rude facial expression. While my accent—as an Asian who is not a native English speaker—might have been a factor, my discomfort today did not come from a simple misunderstanding due to my pronunciation. It was due to her blatantly dismissive attitude. Later, a younger lady came out. When I asked her to recommend a soft bread among the ones on display, she told me to get the milk bread from another display. While she wasn't openly rude, I was disappointed that I couldn't get a proper answer to my question. However, as we turned around to leave, I heard both the younger and the older woman mimicking my pronunciation and laughing behind my back. This experience was so upsetting that it makes me never want to visit Whole Foods again. Shouldn't customers be treated with kindness and respect, regardless of their pronunciation or English proficiency?
