Good food and great value during Wednesday happy hour when in addition to their Mon - Thu happy hour menu, raw oysters are $1 each. Oysters were fresh and better than the ones from the oyster bar at red rock in my opinion. The apple and quinoa salad is quite sizeable and yummy. the sweet potato side was good but a bit overpowering with the honey. The double smashed burger is fine, didn't stand out though. We didn't order the pizza but I looked good at the neighboring table. we're also curious to try the other items on the menu. Service was attentive and courteous. Love the feel of the restaurant and space! You don't need a reservation but it's nice to have one so you're prioritized.

We came in from the back patio and was greeted by Jed! He was extremely polite, friendly and helpful! He directed us to the front to check in. Liz & Bailey were standing there. (Hostess) They weren't friendly at all! Our reservations were for 11:15am. But, we arrived early 10:40am. I said to them can we have a large table because we order a lot of food. Bailey took us to a small table. And said I can seat at the high table. But, you have to be done by 12! I said why laughing. She said because we are very busy. The restaurant wasn't even half full. So I said who says we had to be done by 12! Said Liz! I thought it was a joke! Our server Alex was great! Also our main buser Bryce and the other busses were fantastic! So we ordered the deviled eggs, apple quinoa salad, pepperoni pizza, lobster roll with fries, meatballs, 2 bottomless mimosas 2 hours! Hour and 12 minutes into it. Mike the manager told us we had to move. I said we haven't even ordered our desserts yet! He said to me like I was a child! If you don't ask for something you get your meal for free. I said to him that's not the point! I've never been in a restaurant where you started a meal and you had to move to finish! He had Alex to move us. We ordered the cinnamon roll and lemon curd pancakes. In spite of this we still had a great time! The food was absolutely delicious!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 😋 Our server & busers were extremely nice!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙏🏾 Mike did take care of the bill. But, we still tipped out our server & all of the busers. I don't know if I would ever go back. And if I do I will not move seats!😅😂🤣

We came in for dinner tonight and had such a great experience, mostly thanks to our server David. From the beginning, he was so attentive, and kind. At one point he thought my husband and I were celebrating a special occasion and surprised us with a glass of champagne, which was such a thoughtful gesture and honestly made our night feel extra special. You can tell he really pays attention to his tables and cares about giving people a great experience. The food was also wonderful overall. The oysters were amazing as always — honestly, I don’t think you can go wrong with the seafood here. We also tried the meatballs. They were good, just not super flavorful, but still enjoyable. The atmosphere, service, and seafood definitely keep us coming back. What really stood out though was David. He’s attentive without hovering, incredibly observant, and just genuinely welcoming. He made us feel taken care of the entire evening. Hearthstone has great staff overall, but David truly stands out among the rest. We’ll absolutely be requesting him again next time we come in.

I had such a great experience at Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar and I’m so happy to see them back at Red Rock Casino! The Crepes & Clicquot brunch was absolutely worth it. The $35 bottomless Veuve Clicquot mimosas were a fantastic value and even included a complimentary crepe, which was a fun touch. Everything we ordered was excellent. The oysters were incredibly fresh, the bagel and lox tower was generous and filling enough to share, and the lobster Benedict was rich and delicious. The standout for me, though, was the truffle penne pasta—it was easily one of the best pasta dishes I’ve had in Las Vegas. The food, atmosphere, and service made for the perfect brunch experience. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great brunch spot off the Strip.

I really wanted to love Hearthstone at Red Rock because the atmosphere is beautiful and I have always enjoyed the vibe. Unfortunately, our experience with the hostess stand was frustrating. When we first checked in on a Thursday night, we asked for patio seating and were told it was full with a 30-minute wait. I also asked if there was anything available near the patio since I don’t enjoy sitting directly in the AC, and was told there was nothing available. After walking around the casino for about 20 minutes, we returned and were told we’d still have to wait. About 10 minutes later the hostess walked us through a restaurant that appeared to be 40% occupied and a patio with just a handful of guests. We passed numerous empty tables before being seated at a small two-top in the far corner of the restaurant. There were many more desirable tables available, but none were offered. By this point it was around 8:30 PM. The restaurant clearly wasn’t busy, there weren’t tables waiting to be cleaned, and our food arrived in about 10 minutes, indicating the kitchen wasn’t backed up either. The bright spot of the evening was our server, Quinn. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely surprised that we hadn’t been seated sooner. He even encouraged us to speak with a manager. The manager seemed frustrated at the situation as well. The food was good, the ambiance great, and our service from Quinn was excellent. However, the food was not worth a 30 minute wait as there were plenty of other places to go eat. In a city with so many dining options, it’s hard to justify waiting for a table when the restaurant was empty.
