We celebrated our 20-year wedding anniversary at Harlo Steakhouse in Downtown Summerlin, and it was such a memorable experience from start to finish. They even had a cute sign ready wishing us a happy anniversary, which was a thoughtful touch that made the night feel extra special. Since it was our first visit, the staff was incredibly attentive and offered great recommendations that did not disappoint. The pork belly and caviar bites were absolutely delectable. We had a perfectly cooked New York steak that was incredibly tender. I really enjoyed my crab fried rice, and even stole a bite of my wife’s smashed potatoes and our daughter’s mac and cheese—everything was fantastic. The chocolate cake and crème brûlée perfectly rounded out the experience, and what truly sealed the deal were the delicious banana and espresso martinis. The service was top-notch, and the ambiance was simply stunning. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such an important milestone. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend Harlo to anyone looking for an amazing dining experience. Used Open Table to make reservations and was seated immediately.

Fair warning: dining here might just ruin every other restaurant for you! The service is second to none, delivered by a staff that clearly loves what they do. The atmosphere is gorgeous and inviting, striking that rare balance of being upscale yet completely unpretentious—you'll feel right at home even in casual attire. The food is simply incredible and cooked to absolute perfection. The exceptional menu and flawless experience are worth every penny.

Harlo Steakhouse & Bar was a good experience overall. We ordered several steak dishes, and all of the plates were cooked properly and served at the right temperature, except for the A-5 bento box. The ambiance was elegant and enjoyable, making it a nice spot for dinner in Vegas. One highlight was the chateaubriand, which was prepared tableside and added a great touch to the experience. The only downside was that at times our server was difficult to find, which slowed things down a bit. As for the desserts, they were okay but not particularly memorable. Food: 8/10 Service: 8/10 Cleanliness: 10/10 Would I visit again? Probably not.

This is, without competition, my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. The dining room is beautifully designed, warmly lit but simultaneously coszy. And the service from the moment you walk in feels very attentive without feeling too pretentious. I love bringing people here from out of town, having a fancy date night or an indulgent dinner with friends. Yes of course they make wonderful steaks but they have THE BEST martini in town and the milk bread they send out before your meal is enough to keep returning. Honorable mentions are the steak tartar, caviar trio, and seafood tower. I love you Harlø ❤️

The entrance right away sets the tone for luxury and attention to detail. This place is lively, fun and the staff are eager to assist you. We didn’t want for a single thing. I would simply gaze around the room, soaking in the beautiful decor, and a few times the staff would notice and ask if I needed anything. They made celebrating my mom, incredibly special-several came by to wish her Happy Birthday. They placed a “Happy Birthday” placard at our table, and the General manager came by several times. Jake was our waiter and we loved his fun and energetic personality. He was the cherry on top of this whole experience.
