Echo & Rig never disappoints! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and welcoming. I ordered the filet, and it was cooked perfectly—tender, flavorful, and seasoned just right. The mashed potatoes were incredibly creamy, the macaroni and cheese was rich, cheesy, and absolutely worth ordering, and I loved having the horseradish on the side to add just the right amount of kick.
For dessert, the Apple Pithivier was the perfect ending to the meal. The flaky, buttery pastry paired with the warm apple filling was delicious without being overly sweet.
One of the best surprises is their weekday happy hour from 3–6 PM (Monday–Friday), featuring $3 cocktails—an amazing value and a great excuse to stop by after work or before dinner.
If you’re looking for an upscale steakhouse with outstanding food, excellent service, and one of the best happy hour deals in Las Vegas, Echo & Rig is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back!

This is among the finest steakhouses in Vegas, and you will not find it on the strip. It sits 10 miles away, so we took a cab. My reservation at 5:30 p.m. required navigating rush hour traffic, and I would gladly repeat the trip. The service is exceptional, particularly from Derek; I highly recommend requesting him. The food is impressive as well.
Their calamari is an amazing appetizer—incredibly delicious and cooked with abundant flavor.
All steaks are outstanding, very tender and flavorful. Their branzino is also quite delicious. You must pair any of these dishes with their mashed potatoes, which are equally excellent.

I wish more stars and more options were available. This dining experience was so awesome in every aspect I am already looking forward to returning.
I was invited to this fine-dining establishment by out of town guests who were made privy to its existence by a family member who frequently visits Vegas. It is located in the Tivoli Village.
We were greeted immediately upon entering. Reservations are recommended. There is a bar area downstairs with a few tables, but the main dining room is upstairs. On this particular day, the elevator was closed but even that does not prevent me from giving Echo & Rig high marks across the board.
Our server, Derek, was beyond exceptional, expertly explaining the menu options and offering pleasant conversation. He really did go above and beyond.
The food was excellent. 2 of us enjoyed the Brazino. Nothing beats the crispy outer crust. I think if they sold the skin as a bag of chips I would buy them. It was that good.
Our other dining companion who recommended the venue had the Porterhouse lambchops. Delicious also.
The garlic mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious. Please forgive my memory for not remembering the 2nd side at this time.
For appetizers we enjoyed the crabcake and the portobello fries. Everything was exceptional.
I will definitely be back and ensure I come with out of town guests eager to visit Vegas outside of the Strip.

To start off, my friend and I would give a 4 stars for the environment only because when it’s packed for indoor seating and they start offering outdoor seating, we were told there’s plenty of fans and mist to ensure you stay cool enough. No, that was not the case. There were only about 3 small parties spread out and 3-4 fans and it blew the same angle and never moved. Plus, they didn’t think to seat us in the direction of the fans seeing that it wasn’t busy at all outside. Instead, they sat us in the far back corner and we were melting in the heat the entire time. Not a big fan of that…
On a more positive note, the steaks were great! My friend and I both ordered the Spencer Steak and the Portobello Fries. All dishes were great and we were satisfied.

Wowza, Echo & Rig knocked our socks off!! We have been to many steakhouses in different states, and gotta say, our experience from this night was one for the books!!
To begin with, we were greeted with such wonderful hostess at the door, and seated at our table. Honestly, I do not remember the waiter who initially served our table, but the other waiter, Neo, who was responsible for serving our food was AWESOME!!
He was professional and efficient yet kind to answer all the questions we had because we were curious about the style of cuisine Echo & Rig was. Huge shout out to NEO!!
Menu was quite straightforward with different price tier options for the appetizers, and when you look at each options, they have one or two unique option to pick, and you will know what I am talking about once you are there. We ordered an appetizer, which was great, but because they serve you with a dinner loaf, it would be smart to go with just one appetizer dish.
Now, THE REAL PART, how was the meat cooked? I had lamb and my hubby ordered steak, both medium, and THEY WERE PINK!! I emphasized that because we have been to many different steakhouses whether they were big names or small, even the one of the big names down in the strip overcooked the meat.
The most important thing at the steakhouse is how the steak or other proteins are cooked, and Echo & Rig did not missed the note. The veggies they serve with the meat were perfectly cooked and seasoned so honestly, WE HAD TO order a dessert to top it off.
Lastly, the dessert, we went with one of the unique menus on the top because the bottom options on the menu were very subpar. The hot coffee toffee cake (can't remember the exact name) was OFF THE CHART!! it was served with vanilla ice cream, and oh man!! I really hope everyone orders the dessert as well!!
All in all, FANTASTIC place with FANTASTIC food and staffs!! Oh, the atmosphere was quite relaxed. Quite a lot showed up with a hoodie or t-shirts, so I'd say they are not so strict with the dress code, and the atmosphere was pretty upscale casual, if that makes any sense to you.
Anyways, WE WILL BE BACK VERY SOON!! :)
