Foxtail Coffee - Trails Village Center

I recently visited Foxtail and was impressed by its inviting atmosphere. It was my first experience trying their drinks and food. I ordered two drinks and two sandwiches, eager to enjoy what they had to offer. While the drinks arrived promptly within about five minutes, I was disappointed by the wait for the sandwiches. Despite the food being premade, I found myself waiting for an astounding 30 minutes. Another customer had to remind the staff about her order as well. Finally, when my sandwich arrived, it had been thrown in the microwave and was carelessly smashed into the box. This lack of care in presentation was disappointing, especially given the long wait. I can't help but wonder why my drink could be prepared so quickly while the sandwich took so long, despite it being premade. Overall, while Foxtail has potential with its atmosphere and beverages, the food service leaves much to be desired.

I got hummus & pretzels, good choice for me. I also tried the guava matcha, so delicious! Cute decor & great service. ( used to be Starbucks)

This is their second location and it is beautiful and cozy! The staff were so kind, friendly, and genuinely very helpful! It was a really great atmosphere and a nice vibe. The pastries are delicious, the coffee is scrumptious (and not burnt!). The drinks are made to perfection! Perfect flavor to espresso ratio, the milk was steamed to the perfect temperature. The coffee shop is very nice and modern. The decor is cohesive rustic chic. They have a nice patio sitting area . Overall: great coffee shop, great customer service and great experience. Highly recommended!!!

In A Nutshell: -I'm happy that they opened a Fox Tail Coffee all the way here in Vegas. -The first time I experienced their coffee was during a trip to Orlando a few years ago. -Who would've thought that they would open one here. -I like the rustic interior design of this location. -The space has plenty of chairs & sitting spaces to chill, get work done or enjoy your cup of coffee. -There is also a big, covered patio outside. Overall, the service is always quick & friendly.

The decor is beautiful. The place has plugs (in case you need them) and seating suitable for laptop work. The bathrooms are spectacularly clean and nice. I tried a pour over and it’s passing, though still somewhat underwhelming (high standards!). Also, it seems it’s paper cup only - I didn’t see any glassware and wasn’t offered the option. Verdict: it’s an okay place to hang out if you need to work or just seek a cozy ambience coupled with a decent offer. If you want to enjoy your pour over, I’d look elsewhere.
