Red Rock Repair

PLEASE Stay away from this place. This is all so unprofessional and half completed work. I should've looked closer before I paid this company my $1,100 dollars to place the identical aftermarket parts on my Jeep 2026 like I did in 2023 on my 2020 Jeep Wrangler. A light installed with the cord hanging out of the back of my Jeep tied down with a dang zip tie!! Who rides around with a dang black cord hanging from their tire onto their gold vehicle tied with a dang ZIP TIE!!!! The new gas tank cover was only sitting half inside the Jeep when I drove into the shell station. That's just embarrassing and your company should be ashamed of themselves for the poor workmanship. I will NEVER REFER anyone to your company and I will be sure to leave this picture and the inappropriately installed new gas tank cover that was installed wrong and caused me to make a 2nd trip only to have the original one reinstalled due to the terrible workmanship. How dare Red Rock Repair think this is acceptable!! I should've gone to the dealership as the prices I paid to your company was excessive. You guys charged double the price I paid in 2023 for the same parts that I purchased and brought into your establishment. I trusted you guys because when there was a different owner Danielle Villa in 2023, she made sure the quality of work was excellent and professional. Obviously the new owner and his new manager Billy and technician have low standards. I will spread the word so that no one else gets substandard treatment for their vehicle. The previous owner Danielle Villa and her service manager Josh Grant were amazing!

I couldn't ask for anything more. Ive had issues with shops in the past so I've dreaded the time to come i need to take a car to the shop again. And unfortunately my mother's AC stopped working and I cant fix that so had to find a place. I tried doing my best by checking reviews and looking up who works on the specific car brand since its not a brand anymore. I find this place and they were amazing. I will continue to take her cars n even my cars here in the future when things come up. The girl ( I think her name was Iyana but I have a bad memory ) at the front was very sweet and helpful. She kept me informed the whole time while they had the car. Told me when part would arrive and when they'd get to installing it etc. Then I think it was Billy the manager or head mechanic was helpful n very knowledgeable. Again super nice. They might be a few bucks more than other shops but im telling you id glady pay even more for the service I received. He even had me bring her car back a couple weeks later just make sure all was good. I couldnt ask for more and am so glad to have a shop now that I can trust.

Without a doubt, easiest booking and repair service I've had with our collector car. We knew it was time to have the car serviced but have had concerns about whether the dealership would give us a fair price. I'm so happy to have the team at Red Rock and impressed that they have a warranty that is national. Really clear cut work order and explanation of every step and cost along the way. Happy to recommend!

Brought my truck in to get a quote on getting cam phasers replaced as well as water pump and timing chains. 2019 Ford Raptor. I was quoted almost 9k and they said because they were also going to do spark plugs since it is recommended. Was kinda skeptical about the pricing as i was quoted half the price at actual Ford dealerships. Anyways I went with Ford off 215 and got my truck back the next day no hassle with a 2 yr unlimited mile warranty and all the work that Red Rock was set to perform at less than half the price quoted. Not knocking them but I think the pricing is kinda out the park on most services.

Who do you get to work on your Vehicle? I had bought a Humvee and nobody wanted to work on the Vehicle. I talked to Red Rock Repair shop. They said they could work on the Humvee and I found out they had the Best Diesel Mechanic in Las Vegas! I want everyone to know this is best place to get your vehicle repaired. They did an inspection of the Vehicle. They presented a list of repairs that my Humvee needed. They repaired everything Perfectly! They kept me updated on what was taking place. Parts Everything. Everything was handled professional. All the work was done Perfect. They treated me like family. This business is the best in Las Vegas!!!! Everyone there was so nice. RED ROCK REPAIR 10 out of 10 stars You will be so happy when you bring your Vehicle Here to be Repaired! Thank you!!! Rodney Huck
