Big O Tires

I can’t thank the entire crew at Big O Tires enough. I hit a curb at 5:20 PM and completely slashed my tire. I made it there right as they were closing, and they still stayed overtime to help get my tire off and my car safely into the shop. The tire my car uses is very rare, so they explained they could get one the next day, but it would be expensive. Devin was incredibly kind and offered to keep my car in the shop while I ordered a matching tire online so it would match the other three tires I already had. The delivery was supposed to take three days, and he still offered to keep my car there the entire time. Luckily, the tire arrived in two days, and they had it mounted and ready within an hour of me bringing it in. I truly can’t praise the level of service and kindness from the entire crew enough. I was very upset when I arrived, and everyone there helped cheer me up and completely turned my day around. Thank you all so much. PS: My husband and I used to come to this location because it’s closest to us, but a few years ago we had a very negative experience there. We are so happy to see how much the new management and crew have turned things around. Thank you again for the amazing service — you’ve earned a new loyal customer!

Andy and John really helped me in a pinch when I got a split in my tire side wall. All other shops were closing on a Sunday evening, but they still squeezed me in to get my car in and taking care of. Really appreciate their excellent service and professionalism. Highly recommend taking your car here.

Wow. What considerate service ! I had a slow leak in my right rear tire on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The tires are the original tires on the jeep because it only has 37,000 miles. So the Bridgestone tires are in very good shape. Big O tire found a small screw in the tire and fixed it the right way. They didn't just plug it from the outside. They did it correctly by removing the tire and patching it on the inside. I was impressed they did it correctly since I didn't buy the tires from them, the tires were on the Jeep when I bought it. After the very professional repair the technician handed me my keys and said have a nice day. What? I offered to pay for the repair... but again the technician said have a nice day. Wow !
