The Coffee Class Village Square

we came here after seeing an Instagram post for homemade pop tarts. we tried the homemade pop tart and it was good. but everything else we got was what captured our experience here. the cookies and cream latte is unreal good. i can taste the coffee and the cookies. i accidentally ordered a matcha latte because my idiot brain focused on banana but it was still delicious. i can't do matcha at most places because it tastes like how an aquarium smells to me from most places but they made matcha edible for me. wow! we tried a bacon and egg strudel and it was so creamy and savory in the center with a nice touch of spinach inside a flakey and pastry. i will come back just for this pastry. super delicious. i also ordered a poblano egg bowl and it was surprisingly filling while being super flavorful. wasn't expecting the chicken but i probably didn't read beyond poblano. super delicious. my wife ordered a red velvet thing that was more dense than we expected but the flavors were spot on red velvet. she also ordered an apple fritter which was crazy flaky and mega sweet of apple and cinnamon. this came close to topping that bacon egg strudel for me. super delicious. she also ordered a strawberry croissant and we weren't expecting how fresh and juicy the strawberry in this thing would be. the croissant was again super flaky and the little cream they put in was good too, very reminiscent of the Donut Man's strawberry filled donuts from SoCal. super delicious. this place is incredible. the staff super friendly, i can't wait to come by and try some more stuff.

The Coffee Class is a standout gem in Las Vegas! ☕ Their handcrafted lattes (with house-made syrups) are bold, smooth, and perfectly balanced, while the fresh-daily pastries and chef-driven brunch items elevate it way beyond your average coffee shop. The vibe is warm, welcoming, and genuinely community-focused—cozy yet open, with great WiFi and outdoor seating. Multiple locations make it super convenient. Prices are a touch premium, but the quality and hospitality make it worth every penny. Easily one of the best spots for coffee + food in the valley! Highly recommend.

We tried Classy Breakfast, Churro Poptart, Banana Matcha, and Dubai Chocolate Drinks. The total cost with modest tip was 55$ for 2 people. The taste was okay for everything. I'd say the poptart was a little dry compared to my expectation, but that probably normal for puff pastry. The classy breakfast, everything was great texture, very soft, but considering the components, maybe 20$ is a little pricey.

After seeing this place all over my social media, I knew I had to try it out. As we were walking in, the employees immediately greeted us and made us feel very welcomed. It was very busy inside, but we were able to snag a table before they all filled up. The cashier let us know about their popular items and she also gave us some of her favorite recommendations as well. Their menu offered an array of handcrafted drinks, freshly baked goods, and a few breakfast items. We decided to order their Iced Matcha Latte, Iced Blueberry Cobbler Latte, and a Strawberry Croissant. It did take quite a while for us to receive everything, but it was to be expected with how hectic it was during their brunch time. All of our items were beautifully presented, so it definitely fit the whole “Coffee Class” experience! My husband ordered the matcha latte and he really enjoyed it. He said, “It was perfectly balanced between the strong flavors of the matcha, the rich creaminess of the milk and the sweetness of the sugar.” I didn’t know what to expect when I ordered the Blueberry Cobbler Latte, but it was absolutely delicious. All of the flavors mingled so well together and it tasted exactly how it was described. As for the croissant, the fresh strawberries and the cream balanced very well together, but the texture of the croissant wasn’t my favorite. It was a bit chewy and not as flaky as I was hoping it to be. We’re definitely coming back for more of their hand-crafted beverages and to try out their viral homemade pop tarts.

First time trying Coffee class and will definitely be back! Trying new Coffee shops in town and this is going in my top favorites. The Banana biscoff was so good! Bummed they were out of pop tarts but I might get lucky next time if I go early enough
