Chicago Brewing Company

I was in the mood for pizza last night when my cousin and her bf visited las vegas. This place is consistent with their food and service so I decided to come for a second round. Food: We got the Miracle Mile Meat Lover deep dish pizza that came with Ham, Meatball, Pepperoni, Sausage. We also got the Windy City Supreme with Ground Beef, Mushrooms, Onions, Pepperoni, Peppers, Sausage. All three of us preferred the Windy city supreme mainly because of the crunch of the green peppers. Both were good but the green peppers made it stand out. We got a couple of beers, they have an ice draft selection and a couple of ciders as well besides angry orchard. I got the strawberry cider in a can. It was a great touch to our dinner. ambiance: the place inside looks like something you would go to a typical brewery but if i was to go to chicago, that's how I would imagine that place.

Been here a few times and definitely will return for more. Love trying all their different beers. The staff is always extremely friendly and the food is delicious. We tend to sit at the bar area to watch the games, definitely recommend.

Place was legit, everything we got was prepared really almost perfect, everything was seasoned good had a very Chicago like taste. The tap beer was really good. We got the breakfast croissant with sausage and home fries as an appetizer, had a few beers than we split the Chicago deep dish and a Chicago style dog. Our friends at the table got the cheese curds. Everything was amazing. We got the meatballs on the deep dish because I heard they were amazing, and they were probably the best meatballs I’ve had in a long time, really happy we went here today for brunch will def go back.

Phenomenal Beer, Killer Wings, and a Unique Menu Surprise! If you are looking for a spot that nails the trifecta of great craft beer, incredible food, and top-tier service, Chicago Brewing Company is an absolute must-visit. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming, but it was the service that really set the tone for the night. The staff here is fantastic. Instead of just taking an order, our server actually took the time to chat about their brew selection and helped me make some really fun beer choices I wouldn't have normally tried. And let me tell you—the beer was absolutely delicious. Every pour was crisp, fresh, and bursting with flavor. For food, I ordered the wings with the extra hot sauce, and they did not disappoint. They were cooked well—perfectly crispy on the outside while staying juicy on the inside—and the flavor was incredible. If you love a good kick, that extra hot sauce is the way to go. To top it all off, they have some unexpected gems on the menu. This is one of the only few places I’ve ever seen where you can get fresh watermelon alongside your meal! It was such a refreshing, unique touch that completely hit the spot. Great drinks, amazing food, and a staff that genuinely cares about your experience. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their craft beer lineup soon!

We have passed by this place for years and finally stopped to eat here! What a great find. The food was good and served piping hot. Very friendly and efficient service. Try the pretzel! The quesadilla was ordinary but well-prepared. Ruben was perfectly made and very generous with the meat. We are looking forward to coming back and try more items! There's a note on the door that no one under 21 is allowed in.
